    yea it sucks making these insurance companies rich but unfortanently its one of those things you gotta have to drive a vehicle if not u will lose your liscence and get your car towed away.

    johnied8509, DJHives is referring to Philadelphia I believe.
    Even if I were to register my auto there in an attempt to circumvent paying outrageous insurance premiums, in TN I am STILL liable.
    I did check on that actually months ago.

    yea you are right its not Tennesse I even called the DMV there and they said if u don,t have car insurance u will get points taken from your liscence and get a big fine honestly I believe there is no state where u can,t have car insurance.

    I think you are correct I just googled wisconsin and it didn,t say anything auto insurance or having auto insurance.

    The State refered to is New Hampshire. But you will have to show that you have enough money to pay for an accident (i.e bodily injury to a person or property). Not many people can show that they have that kind of money. And so many residents of New Hampshire are “forced” to have auto insurance.

    Coz people like you drive round with no insurance and smash into my 30K car. Thats why there is a cross bow in it
