You only have to provide your details, they’ll check with the DVLA to ensure that your answers are correct but you don’t have to provide any paperwork for the insurance.

They’ll ask you a pile of questions…. don’t worry, you will know the answers. Give all answers honestly, as any untruths will make your policy invalid should anything occur and you have to claim on it (they’ll look at every angle for not paying up)

There are lots of people having the same question like you and yours is just another one. Basically speaking about car insurance. Car insurance is the most widely purchased type of insurance coverage. Car insurance is designed to protect you, your family, and your automobile. You may get your query answered here,

Cheap car insurance is a popular avenue these days, but you should be sure that you’re getting all of the coverage you need, as damage to your car or another person’s car may cost you money out-of-pocket if you don’t have sufficient coverage and your car insurance rate may go up.

It’s very rare that an insurance company will ask you to send them documents when taking out a policy, they only usually do that if you want to make a claim. The only thing that would have to sent is proof of no claims bonus NCB but I’m guessing this is your first policy so you won’t have a NCB yet.

Try using a car insurance comparison site like – you just fill out one form and they will get quotes from around 60 insurance companies/brokers.
